I just had 3 teeth out this week and although it hurts, I don't notice a huge change in symptoms. Even the Lidocaine didn't do much but maybe make me a bit shaky. I am extremely sensitive and got through it. I personally feel like you should go through with it if they advise this because further issues could occur and get worse. I would also suggest letting those spots heal well and not rinsing immediately so you can avoid any dry socket issues (then using some salt and warm wax mixtures on day 2 or 3 and hardly swishing it, but instead rotating your head so the water and salt can get everywhere in the mouth). Oral health is extremely important, especially when It comes to infections because it's where all disease truly starts and if you have an impacted tooth, it will stress the microbiome due to the inflammation. Of course, you will have inflammation due to the surgery, it won't be comfortable once the numbing agent wears off, but it will provide you with relief down the road knowing it was taken care of now and not later when it could become a complication and affect your nerves. Things can get messy when we do that. If you were to ask me, I would say it would be best to get them taken care of if that's what the oral surgeon thinks. Just my two cents.
I wish the best for you!
