Morning
Cold shower
Sun exposure for at least 5 min. As its warm now I often have my breakfast on the balcony in the sun, but when its not I go for a 10-15 min walk.
No screens for the first 30 min except for my Kindle.

Day
Go for a walk if I didn’t in the morning
No coffee after 3 pm
Exercise almost every day.
Most days I either use the sauna or take an Epsom foot bath.
Night (4-5 days a week)
No food 3 hours before bedtime
No screens 1 hour ideally before bedtime, sometimes it's only 30 min.
Grateful exercise with my girlfriend.
Supplements
Recently started with/want to get into my routine
Decreased blood sugar spikes by having vegetables, fat, or nuts before every meal.
5 min meditation during workdays.
5 min of guitar at the end of my workday during the days I finish at home.
I recommend doing as I have with a morning, day, and night routine. Start slow and test what works well for you. It takes time to form habits, and I have been doing this for many years.
The most important thing to start with is the morning sun exposure based on what I have been reading and podcasts from people like Andrew Huberman.
