What should I take for sibo or gut dysbiosis while on abx? I can't take probiotics because sometimes they make the sibo worse as does fiber. As in what should I be taking to keep sibo at bay and what can I take to benefit the stomach that's not probiotics?? I have heard I should take s. boulardii.

I treated SIBO herbally with a combination of berberine, artemisinin, olive leaf, black walnut, and wormwood. Cutting out sugar and simple carbs also should help.

I found SIBO to be mainly a gastric motility issue and resolved it with hydrocortisone and LDN. Bartonella also caused me a lot of stomach pain and bloating, but that resolved after killing the bartonella with antibiotics.
