I'm waving the white flag and asking for a cease fire.
Let's all remember that most of us are here because we are sick. Some have recovered and are good enough to continue posting and providing support. Otherwise, the rest of us are still sick and suffering.
In addition to losing our health, we've also lost jobs, spouses, friends, relatives, homes, retirement savings, and more. Despite the ill health, anger, depression, fatigue, anxiety, POTS, nausea, and the dozens of other symptoms we endure, people still try to offer support to each other in the way they're able.
Sometimes, it may miss the mark, but most of the time it's well received. One only need click a person's name and look back through their many years and many thousands of posts for the evidence.
So, before posting -- whether in this thread or any other -- please consider these points.
If you still decide to pick up the flame thrower, that's your right. But, it won't accomplish much except adding more stress to everyone and causing the thread to be locked.
a great post encouraging compassion and tolerance - and coming from someone who is dealing with plenty of challenges themselves.
well done that man
