How to post images
The forum does not support posting images directly from your PC or phone –
But to post a picture is actually v simple - just 2 steps really

step 1
just go to this site https://imgbb.com/upload

then drag your image to the box where it says "drag and drop here" - there is a picture of a cloud shape with a white arrow in it (or click the link where it says "You can also browse from your computer" (or phone) manually)

then click upload - to upload your image to that site
(that site will then provide you with a unique url/link for your image)

step 2
then copy and paste the url/link that website gives you into your post here on the forum
( it will give you the URL in the form needed display it properly as an active link on the forum post)

its hard to know what to advise Derek as it seems v unusual

not being able to see it makes it hard to guess its origins

could it be the nystatin itself? - ie either the drug or some excipient in the powder that is foaming

it could be due to some reaction with stomach acid - but i think it might be worth putting some in a bottle or jar with a lid and shaking vigorously to see if it foams at all

is so, it could be an indication that its the nystatin itself - poss combined with some GERD type stuff causing it to be pushed back up the oesophagus

I have not had visible candida, but from what you described, it’s sounds like it.

Are you using Nystatin tablets or powder? If tablets, then I would contact the prescribing doctor and describe what you are experiencing and ask if they can prescribe the powder form until the thrush is gone. I am pretty sure the powder form is more effective and appropriate if there’s thrush in the mouth or throat.
