Burning/painful anus/testicular pain

yep, i have had pain in just about every part of my body from Lyme and Bart - including those

bart and other v similar bacteria in the same family like brucella are known to cause inflammation in the testis

lyme is known to cause Epididymitis ( inflammation of the epididymis, the coiled tube that carries sperm from the testis - and is usually caused by an infection)

overall my experience is that lyme / bart cause lots of this type of stuff - weird pains and unexplained swellings in random body parts
some times it momentary
sometimes it last days or weeks before fading away as mysteriously as it came

during herx like reactions they seem more common

90% of the time it just goes away again by itself

if its persistent or v severe its worth getting checked out by a primary care doc

It's likely interstitial cystitis. Do pelvic floor exercises (kegels) and buy some prelief

It's more like a general inflammation all throughout my GI tract down into my anus, my testicles, etc.

I am taking a lot of gut healing stuff opposite the antibiotics trying to calm it down. It's all definitely a result of Bart I think

yeah - i think so - bart is known to infect an inflame the endothelial cells that line the entire gut - and cause gastritis, colitis and everything in between

i think it leads to leaky gut and dysbiosis - as an inflamed gut membrane will have both an altered gut microbiome on it and be leaky - and then you get systemic effects added in also.

people with Lyme also have reduced overall immune function and i think this means that opportunistic infections like candida can be a nuisance. i don't know how much of a problem fungal infections are overall - as there is always some fungal colonisation in the gut - and i think they typically tend to be more of an irritation than the main driver of symptoms for most - but as always its difficult to tell what causes exactly which symptoms as there is so much overlap.

a wholefoods keto diet is the one thing that has reduced my gut symptoms - and thereby my systemic symptoms significantly - i think it works by taking a load off the immune system - which is otherwise fighting all the imbalanced flora and fauna in the gut -
eating dramatically less carbs just dramatically reduces the amount of microbes in there - giving you an easier time - and allowing the immune system to do more work on the real problem - rather than be used up in the gut.
