Right side organ pain

I have the exact Same Problem.

Even got a detailed Mri scan of my gallblader and liver. Blood Work completely fine

Still Hurts from time to time.

I also have a cyst in the liver. I believe its because of Bart/lyme/Parasites..

I think it's a combo of everything, maybe babesia dominant, hard to say.

Where exactly is the pain and what does it feel like?

You’re having pain in other areas too like your testicles, no?

Yes, I have overall inflammation in my anus and testicles too.

I am only a week out from gallbladder surgery, I can't tell how much of the swelling and pain is referred pain from those incision spots healing, which looking back, was a terrible idea.

I thought all this right sided organ pain and GI stuff was from the gallstones they found and recommended gallbladder removal, but I still have almost all of the symptoms.

For reference, my right knee and ankle are much worse than my left, so I guess having all of this other right sided crap is just part of this horrid illness.

I am worried that I have had it so long now that I won't come back from this one, but I have every other time.

I own my own business which I am trying to keep afloat, have two kids under 3, and trying not to absolutely get laid out every day.

I have horrible occipital neuralgia since November as well, my Dr says hey you're not dying and while this is likely true, it's still so so so overwhelming to be this sick again.

I am hoping the mepron helps, my babesia titer was 320 from igenix.

Cartilage loss, pain, weakness in them.

Overall symptoms occipital neuralgia, gi stuff, testicle pain, anus inflammation, weakness, tremors, insomnia, floaters, chills, sweating, shin and foot pain, I have every babesia and Bart symptom possible basically.

The right knee and ankle are worse because I used them heavily for sports the past few years while in remission and they are where the buggers went. It's been 5+ years of treating without abx, and it seems that only made this stronger and more aggressive.

Why do you ask about my overall symptoms?

I am igenix + for babesia at 320 lol and bartonella + as well. No Lyme.

My ankle and knee have gotten a lot better by treating borrelia, but it did take a long time (over a year).

Unfortunately, I had to deal with bartonella before I could really address the borrelia infection. I don't know if I had babesia, but babesia meds tend to hit bart. Bartonella can be resistant to various antibiotics, but I was fairly successful with atovaquone, azithromycin, and minocycline. I did find that I needed something else to completely eliminate the dormant persisters tho.

And also, you have discovered what I did about borrelia. When you repeatedly hit it with certain antibiotics and herbals, it just becomes more resistant and forms hard lumps that make your joints swell. I've spent the last year trying to get rid of it, and the amount of crud that came out is almost unbelievable. When I herx, I pee out a lot of opaque white urine that smells bad, and more and more keeps coming out. My feet had swelled so much I had been buying larger shoes. Surprisingly this has mostly gone away now, and I can wear my old shoes again, but I was shocked at the huge mass of borrelia that can build up in the muscles and joints.

I got pretty typical sick feelings from bartonella herx, including fever, chills, and so on. Sore throat and cough weren't particularly prominent symptoms, but it did happen occasionally.

If you're getting a deep cough, perhaps you're overdoing it a bit and you've picked up another infection.

The distinctive symptoms associated with bartonella die off were painful bloating and diarrhea which smelled like asparagus, and dark urine (bilirubin from destroyed red blood cells).
