Burning feet with achy soles- what made it go away?

Hi Astroman,

Now that I'm on doxy I don't have the foot pain at all. Also hard to know whether that's Lyme or Bart responding to the meds.

Before the doxy, the only relief I could find came from:

1. Wearing orthotics in my running shoes
2. At home, always ALWAYS lying on the couch with my feet propped up on the back of the sofa. This also helped relieve the aching in my legs and veins. The higher the prop the more the relief.
3. Being mindful of how much walking I could plan into any given day when doing errands.
4. Soaking my feet at the end of each day.
5. Massaging my feet regularly with oils or arnica cream
6. Wearing flats instead of any type of heel, but I suspect you don't have that issue. ;-)

Once I started the herbs for Bartonella, the foot pain lessened quite a bit (yet I herxed with other sx).

Wow....this post of mine is almost from 9-1/2 years ago. My whole body was tight and achy then. My IT bands on sides of thighs and all of the calf tendons were pulling on my feet (where they anchor). Much better now in 2023.
