Thanks
From my bloods, my cortisol is normal but of course it has loads of variability throughout the day and I don't know the bigger picture.. I guess ashwagandha will do no harm I suppose.
Hawthorn protects the heart and I imagine the coronary arteries and all those major vessels so again no harm. It seems to help I am unsure, I will wait and see.
I have some L-Citrulline in the post.
May try to Omega 3 as well.
Interestingly, I took some lumbrokinase a few days ago for a few days and I think it brought this whole episode along, so I have been avoiding it and have been somewhat afraid of the proteolytic enzymes again. It's worn away at one of these old clots I had from an injury that just solidified in my left forearm several years ago when I had a fight (lyme rage) with a bus shelter.
My CRP is really low, 0.3. Whereas I generally see most people over 10 and even higher with lyme. Anecdotally some bart patients have been reporting low CRP but they have active and nasty bart infections.
Before my BP was about 130/80ish which is borderline high and I know relatively speaking 140/100 is still lowish enough but it needs to be nipped in the bud.
