While Low-Dose Naltrexone isn't a sleep medication, per se, it does help my sleep somehow. I've done multiple trials over several years without it and my sleep is always worse without it. I'm not sure why.
I sincerely hope you find something that works for you, as I know how messed up my own life is with my sleep problems.
