I think so. It starts a few days after I start taking Japanese knotweed. Some years ago, I took it for two weeks and when I stopped, it took a couple months before my hands (and feet) were back to normal.
I tried it again after everything was back to normal and the same thing happened.
This year, I've been taking it since April. A lower dosage, I'm having Raynaud's symptoms again but very mild since the Japanese knotweed dosage is lower.
But I would like to take a big dosage. It really helps. It also solved the reverse T3 problem on a full dosage.
If I take a higher dosage, I do feel my blood circulation is better. I can tell in the morning. :p
But then my feet become very tingly and feel painful. And the hand cold sensitivity becomes worse.
So maybe it's a herx then? But why would it take months to resolve when I stop taking it, if it's a herx.
