So many things can happen with this.
Yes, Ive experienced that one too.
One time in my heeling days, my energy suddenly dropped out on a woods trail in the winter on my snow/fat tire bike. I started resting on logs and walked/pushed a ways. This was for about
three miles. Was trying my best to get out before dark without passing out in the snow, which could have ended bad.
Like most the re-occurrence was less and less. I did at least check my blood pressure and glucose when that happened at home, nothing alarming at the time.
Flip-flopping hormone levels (all of them prob) along with nervous system highs and lows have almost no limitations on how you feel it.
I just went with the flow and still do. Energy wise I am seldom right in the middle, but its not as bad as in the past..
Back then I made sure to take advantage of days with normal energy, and relax/nap on days where your almost standing asleep.
