Cripes, at that level I would look like a smurf. As for mood - I'm pretty even keeled and I'm not geriatric (44). At what point do you question moving from one LLMD to another. There is another option in Waukesha, WI that intrigues me as well. After nine months treating I was hoping for more improvement but so goes life.
lol - yep, i wasn't suggesting you were geriatric - only that low doses of 50-100mg / day are typically mild enough to be taken long term by the elderly.
i think 100mg along with other abx will have some mild beneficial effects - it did for me - but I'm not sure if it would be profound enough for you to really notice it alongside the effects of the other abx
the 600mg doses are only given short term usually - though there are some long term large scale historical trials of it in humans for 6 months at 400+mg / day
on the treatment direction - treatment for these diseases is typically long - often years - my own approach has been based on trying to avoid erratic bouncing from one all-or-nothing treatment to another - and instead has been a careful systematic progression by layering things that seem to help - be they herbs, drugs, lifestyle changes, dietary changes, exercise etc etc - to gradually move forward.
all the best !
