Methylene Blue - Blue/Green Urine?

Hey Group,

I took 1 methylene blue capsule on Saturday (they're only 15mg) and both yesterday morning and this morning I have had either green or greenish blue urine. Is this going to happen every time I take it? Is this normal? I haven't taken a capsule since and inside the capsule it looks sparkly like metallic and is really dark and liquid.

It does seem to already help with the joint pain and lymph pain, which is awesome but the green/blue urine is really weird. lol. Will this happen the whole time I'm on it?

Yes this one guy had to throw away his toilet because it wouldn't come off haha

Seriously this stuff is nuts! even just a small dose already seems to help though so I'm pretty sold on it so far

Blue urine is normal--also bladder irritation. The solution to the latter is to drink lots of water.

Fwiw I'm testing merhylene blue in my lab right now for its potential lifespan extension. I'll have results by March and will report back!
