I've been making some small slow progress with the following protocol and lifestyle changes (I'm aware any progress is good) but I'm looking for ways I can make even more progress and accelerate my healing further if anyone has any recommendations or suggestions?
I'm currently taking and doing the following:
- amoxicillin antibiotic, probiotic, magnesium, omega, vitamin c, minerals, low dose naltrexone, biotoxin binder, a herbal blend of wormwood, walnut, oregano and garlic which I think is for parasites and kidney, liver, lymph support then cbd oil and psilocybin occasionally
- castor oil packs for liver
- zen chi and dry brushing for lymph
- lumie sad lamp and red light therapy
- oxygen concentrator
- I avoid stress, meditate daily and drink herbal teas for relaxation.
- I'm also taking / doing specific things for POTS, MCAS, thyroid issues, adrenal issues, iron deficiency, constipation and sleep issues but still have poor deep sleep (tracked by OURA).
- I don't eat or drink caffeine, alcohol, gluten, refined sugar, processed foods, seed oils, soya and I follow a low histamine diet and eat organic when possible.
- I use water filters, air filters and have swapped to using toxin free products like skincare, cleaning products etc
- I tried using a rife machine, coffee enemas and using epsom salts in baths and foot baths but I couldn't tolerate these.
I'm aware this is already ALOT, but I've been adding these things slowly over the last 2 years and feel I can manage this routine. I'm currently unable to work so I have a lot of free time on my hands. I'm preferably looking for things to do at home where I don't have to leave the house.
If anyone has any suggestions of what else I could be doing or taking? Any input or advice would be appreciated! Thank You!
