Thank you Garzie….
Yes, I do believe it’s an issue with my gut…most likely compromised/caused by Lyme/morg/cos…I have never had any problems with food allergies in the past and then this rash hit all of a sudden…March 2021.
My diet:
Breakfast: 2 eggs and a cup of coffee
Lunch: medium sized salad with romaine lettuce, cucumber, carrots, broccoli, sweet onion, sunflower seeds, walnuts, fermented vegetables (off to the side of salad)…and then I squeeze lemon over it.
Dinner: various meals usually with meat (chicken, fish or venison), vegetables (frozen mixed veggies, green beans, corn) and starch (potatoes, or rice sometimes gluten free noodles)
For a snack I sometimes eat a piece of gluten free toast with a little strawberry jam however, I have actually even cut out a lot of gluten free bread & pasta…I’ll have this with a cup of herbal tea…sometimes another cup of coffee…(I know caffeine may not be good to have though)…And just so I don’t eat too much sugar I’ll eat bagged popcorn (probably not good either)…and to top it off I eat a couple of pieces of dark chocolate 86% 90% or 92%.
I try to drink homemade chicken bone broth but I don’t really like the taste. And I bought a drink that has aloe Vera in it.
Since cutting out gluten, dairy and sugar I have gradually lost weight as you can imagine…(about
10-12 lbs) I’m a little concerned because I am pretty thin to begin with. I’m okay with my weight now however, if I lose too much more I’ll look sickly…At least I am blessed to be able to exercise with weight lifting 3xweek and walking our dog.
