hey,
i read a lot of good storys about copper and chronicle diseases. Somebody has expierence with bioavailalbe copper?
There are some groups and storys, just wannna know if its really worht it to try?

If your blood levels are within range you’re probably ok on that end.

There’s copper in my multivitamin (equilib - which has a great cns support formula). I’ve had trouble replacing that in my routine - big fan (but some snippy customer service lol)

I don’t see copper as a crucial thing to check, but if it’s really low I could see it being a larger issue for some.

its also toxic in larger doses - so i woud be wary of just adding bioavalable copper in the hope that it might help

palermo, you mentioned before that you had a zinc infusion done. Given that, you might want to check your copper levels with a blood test. As high doses of zinc tend to lower copper.

ahh thank you i just checked my blood results and they are fine. copper and zinc are good.
i jsut saw this copper group on fb, and they talk bout high doses of copper against lyme and stuff.
