Hey, Aerose!
I looked up my old posts for details. In May 2018, I wrote: CD 57 is slowly rising (baseline 39, 1st followup 48, last followup 86).
Timeline:
Sep 2016 - left parents house and moved in with relative because of mold and baseline level was 39. Started treating CIRS with liposomal glutathione and fish oil. Did CSM for about
10 days in Nov 2016. Switched to charcoal and then Pectasol-C. Added more supplements.
June 2017 - started herbal treatment using Buhner’s protocols
May 2018 - CD-57 was up to 86
June 2019 - CD-57 plunged to 35 after multiple water incidents in the relative’s house. Greatly increased mold exposure that had started probably a year before, verified by HERTSMI-2 and a MycoTox test.
I will have to look up my latest tests to provide an update.
For me, Getting out of mold exposure, detoxing, and treating Lyme/co with herbs and supplements gradually increased my levels. Re-exposure to mold plunged them.

UPDATE:
Jan 2021 - 57
Sep 2021 - 78
Lived in last house (remediated but still mold) in June 2020. Moved into car again April 2021. So, CD57 dropped to 57 while in mold exposure and rose to 78, five months after removal from mold exposure and nine months after previous result of 57. Treatment after moving in car was basically Japanese knotweed and some minimal supplements and binders.
Had tests done in June 2023. Unfortunately, CD57 was not tested then, but CIRS labs were. TGFB1 was 3299 (should be < 2380) and complement C4a was 4315 (should be < 2830). I had never had C4a that high before. It had been 964 in Aug 2020 and was 916 at baseline. In Aug 2020, TGFB1 was over 14,000.
