Noxon, are you experiencing any congestion, drainage, runny nose, etc.? If not (or even if so) then what you describe could be a symptom of mold exposure, an allergy, or a chemical sensitivity, rather than an infection. Just mentioning that in case the doctor reached for the easy explanation (sinus infection) rather than considering other things. I was just remembering last night how much my nose and sinuses would burn from mold exposure, plus dizziness and eye pressure, and wanted to mention this!
Yeah that's what I start to think too... The doctor I saw was a young locum, certainly still studying.
I also read that sinusitis always come with nasal congestion, that is not my case. So it's probably not sinusitis.
My symptoms are not getting better despite the antibiotics, it is even worse. They tend to be associated with tension headaches. The problem is that I don't know the reason for these headaches. Other ones remind me of Covid (itchy nostrils, brain fog, dizziness, weakness, sweating, bad dreams, visual disorders...).
I think I will try to see my doctor who treats me for Lyme soon. She has more experience. Maybe she can find something.
