I do eat a lot of other high oxalate foods like cashew nuts, broccoli, blueberries, kiwi, olives and others from the list here without any issues
https://draxe.com/nutrition/oxalate/If I only had the increase of symptoms it would be one thing, but as I notice exactly how it feels when my body Is passing toxins and I get better if I do sauna and epsom foot baths I don’t think oxaltates is the issue here.
Why this happens I don’t know, my theory is around some deficiency that helps my body to process things.
Will have the last part of the second bottle today and continue to experiment with this. Plan to use the sauna both today and tomorrow.
