Hey all, long time but happened to see this post.
I have used TB500 extensively. It is one of the safest peptides out there. It's the analog of TB4 which is naturally occuring in the body. It is amazing for its ability to regenerate cartilage and also lower specific types of inflammation, especially arthritic. It's also anti-fibrotic and promotes angiogenesis. It's been shown to be beneficial in autoimmune arthritis and in animal models of MS. There's a peptide fragement of it called Ac-SDKP which is responsible for most of its anti-inflammatory action, and we've had a modified version of it synthesized which has a significantly longer half life.
I use it for my psoriatic arthritis and if i take enough early enough into a flare of enthesitis, it can often shut the flare down before it fully starts.
TA1 is likely what caused your flare. I've seen several stories of people who developed T-cell diseases of either alopecia of vitiligo not long after starting it. One person who is a friend of mine, so I stay away from it. I'm much less familiar with it for that reason, but it has anti-microbial properties and kind of revs up the immune system to accomplish this task, hence your flare.
As garzie said, never start 2 peptides at the same time, you have no idea what is doing what.
