Has anyone here done a Genie?

I'm curious because I've been loosely diagnosed with CIRS and did a Genie to diagnose. The lyme section came back completely normal and CIRS was slightly elevated. However, im wondering if the lyme section pertains to genes transcribed by borrelia alone, or all lyme related infections like Bart, babesia, m pneumonia etc.... my doctor is extremely expensive so I can't just ask him these things, lol

I have not done a GENIE test. At the time I first heard about it, the GENIE was over $2k out of pocket. I don’t know the answer to your question. Maybe you can go to the surviving mold site and send them a question to find out.

Holy crap. It's certainly not cheap now- 750- but definitely not 2k.

Its a blood test that tests for transcription factors associated with things like Lyme, CIRS, etc.. Basically, looking for which genes are turned on and of its the right ones associated with that condition.
