Unfortunately we aren't working on mold detoxing as my condition is complex. I am on IV nutrition due to difficulty swallowing. My oral intake is very poor, mostly liquids, but I'm hardly taking anything by mouth. So because of this the practitioner said it won't be wise to detox for mold as it might be too much for the body given the current state.
What about
using chlorella and modified citrus pectin? They are both food items and available in powder form that could be mixed in water or juice. There’s also the option to try pure Cholestyramine, which is also powder. With powders, you can control how much or how little you take. I believe that’s part of Neil Nathan’s approach for super sensitive people. I think he recommends micro-dosing once a week and work up to the tolerance level. Regarding chlorella - don’t use that if you have mercury amalgam fillings in your teeth. I would not recommend Cholestyramine until you get out of the constant exposure and get stabilized with MCAS treatments.
I used only charcoal and Pectasol-C as binders between the time of my first two mycotoxin tests, and completely cleared gliotoxin. I was also taking liposomal glutathione daily.

We are addressing MCAS to see if that's an issue for my environmental sensitivities and to calm the nervous system. So i'm kind of stuck re: the mold piece. I don't know if its the cause to me not progressing with treatments and behind my sensitivities, or if its something else.
Treating MCAS should help. The one and only thing that helped my severe mold and chemical sensitivities was TUDCA. It gave me back a better quality of life. Avoiding mold has been necessary for me. I could only get minimal improvements without avoidance and quickly get worse when re-exposed. Mold toxicity caused me to have horrible environmental sensitivities to mold, fragrance, and chemicals. I had electromagnetic sensitivities to a lesser and infrequent degree.
Before starting TUDCA, I started Rx antifungals, Nystatin and Fluconazole. I found them very helpful, as well. People with mold illness tend to find relief from at least some symptoms by taking Rx antifungals. They will cause die-off symptoms in the beginning, though. Still, it led to progress.
After I got some improvements with antifungals, then TUDCA, I moved on to Rx antiparasitics, and got more improvements. I did 2 weeks of Ivermectin followed by 2 weeks of Alinia. The Alinia in particular gave me good results symptom-wise. I continue to do rounds of Alinia a few times a year.

Question: are the results really elevated? Garzie said they are slightly above the that line
For Gliotoxin, anything above 0.5 is positive. Your results were over double that amount. For Trichothecenes, positive is above 0.07, which is a small fraction. Your results were 0.098. Seems miniscule, but the amount to be positive also seems miniscule.
