not really improvement

ok so new update!
im fine with the tracker thank you garzie.

So i was getting better and better till saturday. I was making 20.000 Steps a day and small work out.
And then boom i had a flare up two days later. I really was feeling im getting a cold, was freezing the hole day. and my symptoms where massiv.
So i guess the lyme is not my problem at the moment. I got two theorys. The one is, i reactivated EBV with the ABx i took, and the ebv is destroying my mitrochondira, and ever when im getting better and im doing to much, im getting a crash. So im focusing now on the ebv. I ordered lotium (buhner recommends it) and raised up my doses for cordey and reishi about 2gr 3 Times. Taking infusion for mitrochondria and getting another vitmain c tommorow. If somebody got recommendations for ebv im free to hear.


My other theory is, i was starting artemsia 4 days bevor the crash. And Artemisa is binding the iron. And the iron is important for taking the oxygin in your blood. So the mitrochondri getting damages if there is not enough oxygien. So maybe i was getting so bad because of the artemisa. (but its just an wild theory)

thank you so much! yeah i also didnt thought it was ebv first. but then my lymph swallen again. And every time when im overdoing something. LIke walking 20.000 steps, i get a flare up. and i have this wierd new kind of mast cell symtptoms. What is kind of wierd. Because bevor the abx. I could do sport as much i want, it never gaves me an flare up. idk hard to say, dont wanna spend more money in testing pcr. But thats makes kind of sense for me but maybe you are right and its still just co infektion with lymes. and i flare up every 3 weeks because of the time where the bacterais divide. (dont know the english word)
but my protocoll seems to work slowly i guess. I just need to make some small differnces. I will add one more Virus herb, and put another one off. And i will slowly at the mix off ASI (alchorner, sida isatis mix)
and then i should have an protocool what hits a lot of stuff.

PS additional PEM or fatigue is normal while treating - as the body is dealing with more inflammation from die off etc - and hence you may well find you are able to do less during treatment

these diseases are complex and long lasting - they are not like acute infections at all

in acute infections - we get infected - become sick v soon after - take antibiotics for a few weeks - and get better

in chronic infections - our immune function has often been getting suppressed or dysregulated for months or years - until at some point an infection occurs that our bodies are unable to fight off - these are usually slow growing chronic infections - by the time we are really ill - the infection has the upper hand -and immune function is very compromised - and its very hard to turn around.

the body does its best to cope with the infection - but the infections ( often - or even usually there is more than one ) are evolved to prevent the host from clearing them - and so an uneasy equilibrium is reached.

when we treat with antimicrobials ( herbs or pharma ) - we often shake up that equilibrium - increasing inflammation, upsetting the immune system - and giving it lot of cellular and bacterial debris to clear up - which can make it more upset and reactive for some time afterwards - often weeks or even months.

many of us suffer this same type of effect - where we know we cannot just live with the infections as there is no telling what harm they will continue to do - but when we treat we have to endure the lasting effects of treating.

this is largely just the nature of chronic infections
but there are things we can do to try to mitigate this type of effect - but there is quite a bit of trial and error involved and what works for one person often doesn't work for another -

people vary dramatically in the severity of this effects - some have none at all - some are bed bound with severe reactions

in general anything that helps the immune system regulate itself - should help lessen the flares in symptoms - but its likely that its not possible to avoid it all together while treating - so its just a case of finding what works for you to make it manageable
-sleep is a big one - getting enough sleep has positive regulating effects on the immune system
-proactively managing psychological and emotional stress is a big one for many people
-diet can be a big factor for others
-exercise can help most people- but regularly going past your PEM limit will likely make things worse not better
-sometime some people are super sensitive to certain foods - or have mast cell reactions which flare when they try to treat the infections - and this is its own topic
-some people find mind body techniques help them dramatically to tone down the immune system reactivity - others not at all

its worth experimenting to find what works for you

ref ureaplasma - this could act as a co-infection in the wider lyme disease complex of coinfections - or just take advantage of a compromised immune system due to lyme etc - but its also possible that the tests they did just do not detect many organisms and its something else - many that inhabit the urinary tract are very difficult to culture or detect.
my partner experienced several UTI's and then a kidney infection - but we were both infected with bartonella and think this was the underlying cause.

ok little update. I was feeling worst the last days. Could be possible beacuse i higher the doses of cordy, reishi. And i also added AHI (ALchornea, Hottunyia, istaits) slowly.
So not sure if its a herx or just flare up. But i will stop vitamin c infusionen. I think i cant toloreate it. I always fill tired and crap after it, and i dont see any improvnement.
I have the test results from my stoole. And there is a lot of stuff. Im super low on E-coli bacterias. which is quite important for my immunsystem. My zonulin is high so im having a leaky gut. (i eat no shugar and grains) what is quite wierd. And my colon is basic what should be sour. (haha im sorry for my bad english)
so im getting some e..coli bacteria, akazainfaser and try to get my leaky gut to handle

thank you, do you have any suggestion for leaky gut? i took already l glutamin for ages and i didnt eat shugar, grains and milks.

ok so it happened a lot. I saw a new Doctor/herbalist.
He checked my blood, 11 Sides of results.... He decided to start with parasite cleaning. So im taking an Parasite med then Liver Cleaning (Hulda clark) 10 days break, then next Parasite Med. Liver cleaning and then againg...
So all my Parasites test were negativ. But after the first day of med. i saw a litte worm.
So lets see what it brings. I also added kind of an cocktail:
-Artemisa 40 drops
-Grapefruitseedextract 40 Trops
-Luoagische Lösung (high iodine)
-Thuja Complex

and to this i do my classic Buhner Protocoll.

He mostly did seroligc blood test, because the insurance pay it. So the tumor marker was quite high. he said thats kind of an sign for an long chronich inflammation inside the cell. I guess that was one of the indication. And he said bevor he starts treating the bacterias he startes with the parasites. Because a lot of virus and bacterias use them as a shield (sorry for my bad english)

cryptolepis in particular is very powerful and broad in its action in my experience

if "6x ivermectin" refers to 6 standard dose tablets in one day - sounds like a very high dose

note - there can be issues with neurological effects in people with compromised blood brain barrier - which could be the case with lyme etc - so please be aware and be careful

always read the dose guidelines, interactions, side effects and contra indications information for any drugs( or herbs or supplements for that matter) you are planning to put into your body.

ok so i managed my second parastie cleaning quite well. I took the 6x3mg ivermectin and had some kind of herx for two days.. i head headace and felt quite tired. I did a liver flush last night. And im feeling quite better. Is kind of wierd becaues after a liver flush i always feel tired and crap the next day. So i guess its a good sign. I didnt saw any big parasites in my stool but maybe it hits something smaller. So now im keep on going wiht my buhner and raise up slowly to the buhner dosages. And in two weeks im gonna start my next parasite cleaning with another Med.. Lets see keep you updated.

So i had some better days, i had my 10.000 steps a day. And i felt quite better, i also slowly raised the dosage of crypto and knotweed. Im at the moment on 25drp x 3 Times Knotweed (1;2) and 20x3 drps Crypto (1:2) the other herbs im mostly full on. I will try to double my dosage in the next 2 weeks. I had a litte crash today but i guess because i was doing a bit to much yeasterday... 2 long walks and some bedroom sport...
so next week i get my first hyperthermy its not the expsenive one everbody is talking about. its one where they put your body around 38,5 degress inside for one hour. And then i will have my next parasite cleaning soon. Yesterday really felt like i am on the right way, its a shame that i crashed today. but i will try my best to stick on.
