Ivermectin does have cross coverage. Some anti-parasitic meds do in general. Unsure about
the others. Lyme can also be described as a type of a parasite as it needs a host to survive and complete its life cycle. Parasites can be unicellular or multicellular. So babesia fits the definition as well (hence blood parasite) etc.
Also friendly reminder to do your own research around the risks of fluoride based antibiotics and anti fungals, or anything fluoride based for that matter. In this case fluconazole.
