I forget the "hack" term for using amino acids. It was a "thing" on the inter-webs 5 years ago. Some were here, and they left. I found their posts interesting.

Lack of energy has been part of my life forever. It DID improve noticeably after ABX, but tick infections are not the sole reason for lack of energy in people. Auto-immune can be a big one too.
I use the compact bottled sugar free "5-hr energy" (original NOT high dose caffeine version) and an almost identical generic. They give me a natural clear thinking, motivated but calm energy.
I like these way more than the large cans of energy drinks that came out 20 years ago which are over stimulants - bad!
And I hate coffee- makes me way to nervous and even makes my feet sweat!
These drinks have some interesting Amino Acids in them (the amount is a proprietary secret) that can be purchased as individual dry capsule/tablet supplements. No one talks about
these.
1) Tyrosine, I have not used this.
2) Phenylalanine, Ive not tried this yet either. It's more popular for some reason and is a precursor to tyrosine. There are three forms: L-, D-, and DL- phenylalanine. L-phenylalanine is found naturally in foods such as meat and eggs and increases dopamine.
