Where to buy herbs in the UK?

Does anyone know of any other places to buy herbs in the UK?

So far I know of Napiers, Bristol Botanicals and Ki Science.

I'm starting with cats claw tincture -

Napiers cost £30 for 500ml and they have a 10% off discount code so it would be £27 for 500ml

Bristols Botanicals cost £32.69 for 500ml

I sometimes buy herbs from Ki Science but they don't have Cats Claw

Lyme herbs . eu is not in the UK but ships to the UK. 500ml cats claw is £45.68

I don't want to buy from the US because of the taxes, customs charges etc

So are any of these 3 brands better quality than the others or should I just go for the cheapest?

both of the Bristol botanicals and Napier's are 1:3 ratio - which in theory give more bang for your buck

but the bristol botanicals is made with only 25% alcohol
i believe buhner recommended 50 or 60% alcohol for cats claw - which is what Napiers say they use

so i would go with the napiers

i haven't tried the LymeHerbs.eu tinctures - i make my own from the dry herbs - but i have in general been happy with the quality of their herbs

Another place is Woodland Essence.
I’ve bought several tinctures from them.
It is one of Buhner’s recommendations.

So I started the cats claw drops, I take one drop around 1-2pm and then I keep feeling flu like symptoms around 7pm and have a sore throat.

I haven't changed anything else...

Potentially a herx reaction but is it possible from one drop?

I usually don't really bother if my symptoms change because they change a lot so I am mainly just curious if so little a dosage could cause a die off? or would you have to take a lot for a die off reaction? I have other conditions which could explain it I just wondered about that question really if one drop could cause a herx?

We have had members here who have herxed on very low doses - abx and/or herbals.
