ok so its been a while. I had another hypthermia and colon with ozon after it. It didnt hit me so hard as the first time. I was back on track the day after. Sring is starting in germany and its getting warm and sunny. So i have been outside the hole day. Im feeling more stabile. I have more energy and i dont crash so hard anymore. I had yesterday a full day, cycling and hiking in the morning, then fleamarket, then cycling again, then table tennis match with the fam and then another hike. And it was allright. I feel tired today and my muscles are hurting. But im not sick in bed. The next point is, im almost on full dose of crytpo and and knotweed. I took at the moment 4x2ml crytpo (1:2) and knotweed. Im doing my own artemisa tincture now and will add this too.....
I also starting some Supplementes for the mitrochondria. Taking Pqq, Q10, Nadh+ and a lot of omega 3 fat.
My main problems are still the high heartrate (specialy in the morning after i waked up) and my headace... maybe i need to get more zytokine blocker, still not sure what is the trigger...

My son's worst herxing reaction to the Cowden herbs was that his repetitive movement tics became much worse. But his tics became 95% under control. But then he had Omicron in October of 2022. His tics became much worse again. They didn't fade away. The repetitive movement tics post-Omicron went on and on and on.

Then I gave him a histamine digesting enzyme called DAO. The tics were 100% gone! The doctor has now started him on a mast cell stabilizer called Ketotifen after noticing the DAO improved his tics (along with many other telltale clues as to potential MCAS).

It can get tricky. You can think you know your disease based on your past experience. But your body can change for so many reasons. For my son puberty made him explode with tics more than ever before in his life and Cowden herbs made the tics exponentially worse! Then the tics were better. Then Omicron made them worse again! Now he seems to need something for histamine overload--or better yet something for overall mast cell calming down to reduce the over 200 chemicals that mast cells can secrete in addition to histamine. He changed! You could have changed, too.

There could be common pathways with multiple stresses and triggers. Babesia and the COVID spike protein can both lead to blood clotting and circulatory issues. MCAS can cause shortness of breath and POTS.

I hope the addition of the Sida will be enough to deal a knock-out blow to the Babesia, and then the bothersome symptoms will clear.

You dont mind me asking if you have the symptom of "not getting sick anymore" ?

What I mean by this is despite having chronic lyme etc you are not getting common colds, coughs, runny nose, etc anymore?

so its crazy what happens the last 4 weeks!
i changed from barely 2 times slow walks on just straight streets ( no small mountains or anything)
to 2,3 times fast walks around 50 min (sometimes slow running) plus a 20min workout plus 30 min skateboarding!
I didnt crashed for at least 7 weeks! The last time i felt a bit tired was after the liver flash but thats normal.
So i guess im on the riight way! my headace also is gone, guess it was herx from sida! I added alchorna last week but didnt feel any crazy herx. So my actuell herb protocoll is:

my blood result is still good, so i will keep on going with the high doses of crypto. So there is one issue with my gut. I was on keto/low carb but my stool was getting super fatty. So i stopped 10 days ago. I guess i have an big disbalanced in my micriobome. I did some stool test result will come soon. my doc said thats why also my l tryptophan is super low, because its produced in the gut. im taking already pro and präbiotika but maybe i had the wrong diet... LEts see anyway! i will keep you updated! im looking forward to do my first run in two weeks!
