So I have used both and noticed a difference.
What does it do for your? What difference does it make? I have taken probiotics for years and have no idea if anything is working. Its has been a while since I used vsl. Maybe I will try it again.OK, I’ll try to answer this without being too grossly detailed since it has to do with digestion.
Since I’ve now used Visbiome for 10 days, I can say this is definitely improving my digestion “health performance”.
The digestion problems I’ve been having for almost 2 years now :
- Floaters in the toilet
- instead of the usual light brown, they have been much lighter color the last two years
- foul smelling stools and increased foul gas lol
- more than usual daily Bloated gut feeling.(I am one of those fit older guys with low body fat and normally a flat stomach so I having a bloated gut is an odd feeling for me)
All The above has improved with just one capsule a day, in only 10 days of use.
Generally, what makes stool color darker Is bile. I had to take a lot of extra bile supplements to change the color from pale to brown. For some reason, this probiotic does this, even though it shouldn’t which tells me possibly there was a bacterial overgrowth affecting my bile ducts?
This sounds crazy as I’ve never heard of it before, but I suppose maybe it’s possible that if you get enough of the wrong bacteria in bile ducts, they might actually get inflamed and partially close off?
So, my gut and digestion are still not exactly like they were almost 2 years ago, but this probiotic alone has made more improvements than anything else. I’ve tried so far. This doesn’t really make sense is the truth.
Now I just wish I could find a more affordable probiotic that performs like this one that I get discounted to $58 for 60 capsules. At least one capsule a day that’s really only about
$30 a month. But with the sudden increase cost of living in everything that we pay for this just adds up to that problem of expensive living.
