Well, like I’ve mentioned In my Probiotic post one of the highest qualities probiotics is doing a lot more for me than any digestive enzymes or bile did for almost the last year and a half.
Visobiome. Just one a day, preferably at night because it also helps with sleep in my case. I forgot how good it felt to have a settled stomach.
I would just take a guess and say any of the higher brands that require refrigeration might be similar to the above.
In my experience, even the best brands that do not require refrigeration, do not compare to the one above.
Since I’m low in IgG and IGA, I am susceptible to infections anywhere. In the past, I’ve gotten candida in the digestive tract many times. I only had the most common sibo test and I was negative on that this time.
As odd as it sounds, I certainly had symptoms of a malfunctioning bile duct. If probiotics helps that , that can only mean that I had duct infection closing it off, and the probiotics cleared up. That’s the most bizarre sounding thing I’ve ever heard of, but that’s the only thing that makes sense in this case.
There are many many different types of digestive tract infections we could get. Most are probably not even named.
