Epitalone literally fixes my sleep

Hey, I'm on a really neat protocol atm so I wanted so share my success with you.

I currently adress severel issues. Mitochondrial Damage, Immune Dysregulation and Chronic Infections.

For Mitochondrial Damage I take:
- Wheat Germ Oil
- Black Seed Oil
- Krill Oil
- Phosphatidylcholine
- CoQ10
- NAD+
- NAC
- D-Ribose

For Immune Dysregulation I take:
- Mushroom Complex
- Minerals, Vitamin C
- Dihydroquercetin
- Ocra Powder right before meals
- Cromolyn before meals aswell (mcas)
- Maybe Thymosin alpha -1 later (not currently taking)


For Infections I take:
- Cryptolepis
- Lactoferrin
- Houttuynia

Further i recently introduced Epitalone Peptide nasal spray right before sleep. It has been a real gamechanger.
I get more deep sleep, my REM sleep improves and my overall energy over the day is very noticably better.

Being at 30% before I know feel like a 40% ( I came here as a 10-15%)

While taking Minocycline for a short duration (until the herx was unbearable) I was even able to get a short term flu symptom again wich I usually never have and I see as a good sign.

40% its so crazy I mowed my own lawn today I cant even believe it. I just hope it stays this way.

I'm done with lyme i think but i am definitly confronted with babesia and bartonella. I think the Herbs will Help over time. I cant Take minocycline at the Moment, even 50mg give me the worst herxes there is. I wanna Push Further with herbs and then retry minocycline again

Good think cryptolepis is active for bart, Babs and Borrelia. Kill 3 birds with 1 Stone.

Also the houttuynia seems strong for bart.
