New admin finally read, locked and erased our comments on their top sticky post

I just noticed this tonight. I think it was still there a couple weeks ago because I read through them again.

So the new administration read our grumbling comments about the sites poor performance and lack of communication between the new administration and the users/members,…….and yet they still never answered any of our comments. They deleted them then locked their own post instead.

Outstanding communication on their part. Gold stars all the way…….

Agreed - especially as this forum is essentially the only active one on the whole board - effectively driving all the owners revenue from the venture.

who knows - perhaps it doesn't even pay for the cost of hosting etc - though i have a feeling it would have closed long ago if that was the case.

either way to simply delete and ignore valid input from the community you claim to serve is very poor form indeed
