I m now on rifampicin against lyme/bart too and I am experiencing a little similiar symptoms. I think it is good sign for you that it actually works and does its job. My experience is that the extent, intensity and duration of herx or herx-like responses depend on amount of accumulated bacteria. It keeps changening, but herx is always something to rejoice, even it is painful, I guess.

Garzie, I would be interested in your list of abx too, could you kindly post it here too, according to what could be possible to post?
