dr e in nj and babesia

I've been diagnosed w/lyme , now babesia.. going back in 3 weeks for treatment.. any ideas on what meds she may use? im on doxy now

Dr. E treated me with Artemisinin for Babesia, which I herxed on (I tested negative for Babesia on blood tests). I would assume, if you want to go the antibiotic route that she would prescribe Mepron, which is what I think most doctors would use for Babesia.
