Hi, I have a rash in three different spots. The dermatologist said it was probably granuloma annulare. He gave me medication which has just made it scaly and look worse. I have low back pain, arm tingling/numbness which I told him about
but he didn't say anything about
it. I lately have been waking up unable to
open my mouth. When I looked it up online it lead me to wonder if I have lyme. My rash looks just like pictures online except for the fact that I've read they go away within a few weeks. I've had mine for many months. Is that possible? I want to request a lyme test..is there a specific one I should ask for? Thank you so much, any help would be appreciated.

Dear sunshinedaydream,
You need to be tested and use Ingxe lab in California. There is a web site for them www.ingxelab.com, on this site you can find out how to send a blood sample in. I recommend keeping a diary of symptoms. Date, time, how you are feeling, temp, even what you did that day. It is helpful for you are your doctor to say well three days ago I had a temp on 101 that lasted two hours, and my legs were swollen and hurt. I have found you can never keep to much info when it comes to Lyme. I hope things go well for you.

Hi thanks for the replys. Does anyone know the pricing from igenex? I don't have insurance and the website doesn't show prices? And does anyone have any idea if it's possible for the rash to last for several months? thanks so much = )
