While watching the World Series I learned about
a player who has Mitochondrial disease. His issues sounded like some Lyme symptoms.
Apparently B1 injections help with Mitochondrial problems as well as B12 shots. I also found out the info below.
"One interesting note is that I've recently read that the cephalosporin family of drugs (of which Lyme drug Rocephin is a member) is known to be an antagonist to vitamin B1. Now isn't THAT an interesting bit of "trivia"!!!
