Hi everyone. We showed "Under Our Skin" in Nashville last week. A handful of us worked hard to promote the film, but we had no idea how many people would show up. The theater was packed! Hundreds of people came! Every seat was taken, and people were standing and sitting on the steps inside the theater.
Tennessee is a state where doctors believe "Lyme does not exist here". When the film was being introduced, the audience was asked to raise their hand if they or someone they knew had Lyme disease and about 75% of people raised their hands! Hopefully medical professionals in the audience looked around and saw how many people here are affected.
I am very behind on my email because of this. I apologize to those who have emailed me have not gotten a response. I hope to get to it soon.
