Hi Guys: I am a member of a MCS board and today they had a question on there about
Lyme being transmitted through bodily fluids, such as kissing or sex. Is this TRUE? I have never heard that before...thanks D

Hi Dowa, Somewhere in all my reading, I have read that lyme can be transmitted sexually. I think it is still a controversy in the medical world, like everything else about
this disease. I have Not read about
kissing as a problem, but Have read that blood transfusions can pass it along. And somewhere they talked about
urine, but I can't remember what it said. Maybe you can find some research papers on the web that can clarify these things for you. Best wishes. bablymers mom
