Thanks for the info. I realize the marshall protocol is something that does say reduce vitamin D.
But there are many doctors testing for just vitamin D3 levels and prescribing dosages until your levels come up if low and beleve it is good to have them normal or even on the high level.
I am not sure what is correct and it seems to be opposite sides of an opinion that is confusing to me..
Most doctors get very little training about
nutrition during their medical schooling. You have to advocate for yourself and ask for both tests (D25 and D1,25). Only then can you and your doctor sit down and have an intelligent discussion about
whether or not you need Vitamin D supplementation.
