Anyone start taking GSE?

Just curious. There was a lot of talk about it. I read that there are no known drug interactions so I was thinking of adding it to my supplements...

I take GSE. I went off abx. a couple of months ago, but I was taking it while I was still on abx. I would definitely try it. It is a good natural antifungal/antibiotic and there has been some articles stating that it is an effective cyst buster.

grapefruit seed extract. i take 12-15 drops in a glass of water. i started out with 5 and increased slowly.

Many thanks! What it is supposed to do, or be used for? Is it to remove "biofilms"? It sort of rings a bell, but I can't remember what I read about it. Thank you.
