Oh! MY! GOD!

I cannot believe the migraine pain I'm experiecing these past 2 days! It came on like a true one, too. The smell, the aura,the pain the taste, the puking, the light, the cold, the sounds, the pain, the pain, the pain.

Do you all experience this?  Do you think it's because of the weather here? Im in NJ, and it's overcast, cold/warm, foggy, wet.  The only thing I changed in my diet the over the past 2 days, is I've added a new seasoning (kernel Seasons) to my popcorn. I'm so dead right now.

The migraines are the worst. I wish I had a good tip for you. I had one for 3 mos. Do you have a fever? I found that they came on the wort right before my period and would last for about a week. I could not find anything that would get rid of them. The fancy pills just upset my stomach more and I threw them all up too.
The weather would not do that to me. Because overcast and cold sounds good to me. Full blaring sun and heat doesn't make matters better. I wouldn't be able to leave the house.
Ask one of the forum people like abby, who have had lyme forever what works for them. And go on line and see what homeopathic people use for migraines. I find that stuff works better. Now that I am in therapy in scottsdale my migraine is gone. First time in 3 mos. I found that mine were getting worse and worse like what your mentioned above. It really is an awful thing to have to wake up to everyday. It is so hard.
And do not drink alcohol, talk about sick.

Migraines can be a reaction to foods, so maybe the seasoning mix is a trigger. I found that a gluten-free diet made my menstrual migraines go away completely (I get a migraine with my next 2 monthly cycles when I get accidentally exposed to gluten, so there is no question of a connection). I've also talked with other people who get migraines from other foods...such as beef, wine, MSG, etc.

Relief of migraines homeopathically depends specifically on your unique set of symptoms. However, there are some general remedies which may help some. Homeopathic Nux V. is for "sick headaches" and vomiting in general. Homeopathic Iris Versicolor is for migraine headaches. I never did get relief homeopathically for my migraines, in my case it took the gluten-free diet (and a corn-free diet too...).

Wow, thank you ladies. I've been contemplating gluten free. Think I'll just go with it, I'll let you know how hard it will be for me, and the outcome. Anything to get better.
Marthas's Vineyard, The problem with this weather is it feels really good. My joints hate it, but I, overall usually feel really good with this type of weather. The sun and heat, HA, you might s well call me a vampire, because I refuse to do heat and sun.
