do you have to be off drugs to test?

I can't survive but a few days off antibiotics and then I have to get back on them. I would like to look into that place phsinvent mentioned: clongen labs in Germantown, MD for bart but at this point no way could I quit for more than 4 days and I think that's stretching it.
