VITAMIN C is our FRIEND!

I'm going to be doing more research on Vitamin C. (The FDA has threatened to make Vitamin C available only by prescription for several years -- maybe they know something we have been missing...)

YES! I do take Vitamin C. Brands I like are; Pioneer, NOW and Solgar (usually available only in health food stores.)
My routine is 1 tsp salt in a glass of tomato juice or 2 tbs lemon/lime in water -- along with 1000mg of Vitamin C and the abx.
Plus, I keep NOW brand chewable C (yummy orange) around and have another 1500 throughout the day.
Figure it can't hurt! I stopped the grapefruit seed extract and Cat's Claw while on the abx for fear they may interact -- but, everything I have read says the Vitamin C increases the potency of abx.

For me this seems to be working since I feel like _ _ _ _ most of the time. Also, I believe avoiding sugar and flour is a real benefit

hi woodswalker, seems as if you are highly interested in vit C, like I am; I also buy my vits at healthy food stores but I started to grow my own supply line; do you know goji berries?? they can be grown easyly, only thing is it takes 3 years until they will have beers the first time, but they can take temps of - 30 ° C (about -22°F !!) before they freeze; in the long run this is a very good additional supply line for everybody with a garden;
and: they taste good and are full of minerals too. they can be dried; I planted them everywhere in the meanwhile, looks like a plantation in our garden...

yes I ve heard about Bromelain, there a kind of "community" for it here; it contains enzymes from pineapple which are able to split proteins and work anti-inflammatory; there is also a product called wobenzym which is basically the same thing, as far as I know, I always took this one and for me it great;
