Boosting the Immune System

I take Panax Ginseng  twice daily and I notice I had more energy. When researching it I found that it helps with adrenal issues which I have. I would recommend that, it is all I do for herbal meds. D

No caffeine, just Red Panax Ginseng Extract made by Prince of Peace. They are little glass bottles that you drink with a tiny straw that comes with them, they also make a ginseng tea that is good. I think I bought it at either GNC or Vitamin World, not expensive.    D

My doctor recommended Mushroom Immune Defense by source naturals. Amazon has a great deal.

I researched the mushroom angle and they can raise levels of the immune cells like CD57.

I just began taking it. My doc said to take 3 per day.
