I just received a very odd letter from Dr. C's office regarding my disablility. Anyone else out there who sees Dr. C receive anything????

I did not get anything, yet. Are you stating it has to do with filing for disability? If so, he did mention something like that to me about a year ago (not about me personally)...but his views on filing for disability.
