Numbness in Arms?

Is this a Lyme thing? My arms have been numb for a couple days. They can be like this on and off. Before I was diagnosed I figured this was due to my working on my computer and I wasn't sitting and positioning myself well. But, maybe not? If I lie flat on my back, my arms can go to sleep, which doesn't make sense to me.

Yes, Ciprofloxacin and Minocycline is my first combo, only on day 26 of antibiotics. Day 22 of a fever, so I guess that means I'm killing off the bacteria. I added Samento to the mix of 32 pills (4 are perscription, others are all herbs and vits) I take in a day, and I think Samento is doing good things too. ??

I keep thinking duh, I have all these pieces of things going on with me, and everyday, I realize they relate to the Lyme. I also have Babesia and Enrichia, that I know of.
