IDSA review panel

The above is the link addressing the new panel that has been selected to review the IDSA Lyme guidelines.
I am concerned about the person that is the chairperson. She is the Head of the College of Med. at Baylor which is in Houston TX.
I live just outside Houston and when I first got diagnosed with Lyme I had a CDC positive western blot. Baylor College of Medicine would not even see me let alone treat me. I had to go out of state to receive treatment. The fact that there are no ILADS members is discouraging. Apparently they did not allow anyone on the panel who made over $10,000 a year treating Lyme patients. I had great hopes that this panel would bring about change but this concerns me.

Any thoughts?

I will write them on a day that my lyme fog allows!!! I know several people in the Houston support group that have had also bad experiences at the Baylor. I will pass this info. along to them. Thanks for posting the link.
