Something not so good in the new Stimulus Bill....

TY. We need to be informed so that when the bills come before public opinion, we can contact our reps and voice our concern. It seems that when a congressional representative or committee make a determination, the outcome often reflects when one does not have personal experience in one case or another and draws conclusions from the view of only one paradigm. I believe you are right and there is reason for concern, whether intentional on the committee's part or not.

If you have not had opportunity, I posted earlier regarding the CT State Rep introducing a bill to protect doctors. If we watch this bill move forward and if it passes, it will establish a precedence that can be taken to each state with hope of likewise. This would then offer the bridge to cover a physician's ability to treat the individual.
