My daughter has polyps in small intestine

My 7 y.o. has been through quite a bit of testing this year. She just had a pill camera done a couple weeks ago which showed polyps in her small intestine. She also has, esophagitis, gastritis, colitis, pancreatitis. Can all of this be d/t lyme..........mainly the polyps????????

Yes, all of this could be due to Lyme. Has she been tested for Celiac Disease? I ask because Celiac Disease can also cause these things (the -itis throughout the gut, polyps, etc.).
