Yes, this is possible. As the body turns its attention from Lyme to other things with the reduction in Lyme bacterial load, it could lead to "noticing" viral/fungal stuff more easily. Are you on anything for fungus/mold/yeast? If not, I'd strongly suggest it...

Maybe. It is probably too soon to tell...but are your Lyme symptoms getting any better? Could also be the Singulair is masking some of the inflammatory stuff from die-off, enabling you to notice other stuff more readily... What does your doctor say about
this?
